Ladka Bhau Yojana: Eligibility for Establishments and Candidates

Eligibility for Establishments/Entrepreneurs:

• Location: The establishment/industry must be functioning within Maharashtra state.

• Registration: The establishment/entrepreneur needs to be registered on the Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship website: https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in.

• Operational History: The establishment/industry (or its innovation department) should have been operational for at least 3 years.

Required Registrations: The establishment/industry must have valid registrations for:

• Employee Provident Fund (EPF)

• Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)

• Goods and Services Tax (GST)

• Certificate of Incorporation (applicable to companies)

• Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIT) registration (if applicable)

• Industry Aadhaar

Eligibility for Candidates:

• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old.

• Education: Minimum educational qualification is 12th standard pass or equivalent (ITI/Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate).
